YOGA - STYLES
Vinyasa yoga combines the individual asanas (exercises) in an organic way, accompanied by your breath and music.
This allows you to experience the flow in which body, mind and soul come into harmony.
The rhythm of Vinyasa can be dynamic/powerful (Solar) or rather calm/gentle (Lunar).
The repetition of the flows I have put together leads us into a moving meditation.
We open ourselves to the flow of life energy (prana), which brings us into balance.
